Online Store Terms and Conditions

By using nicestudio.co.nz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. When you purchase products via nicestudio.co.nz, you accept these Terms and Conditions and the specific conditions that apply to that purchase. Together, these terms and conditions form a legal contract between you (the ‘Buyer’) and Nice Studio (the ‘Seller’). Price and Orders

  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%.
  • Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an Order are fixed once your Order has been accepted. Subsequent price changes will not be retroactively applied to accepted Orders.
  • The Buyer will pay any customs duty, taxes, excess freight, or other charges related to completing delivery of the Order as advised by Nice Studio.
  • There is no obligation on the Seller to inquire into the authority of any person placing an Order on behalf of the Buyer.

Payment

  • Nice Studio operates a credit card payment process for all purchases of Goods. Your credit card details will be captured when you place an Order. Your Credit Card will be charged once your Order has been accepted and prior to dispatch.
  • Alternative payment arrangements can be made by emailing us at hello@nicestudio.co.nz.
  • No Order will be shipped until payment has been received and the funds cleared.
  • In the event of any default in payment by the due date, the Seller shall be entitled to charge interest to the Buyer at a rate of 1.5% per month until the amount owing and all interest have been paid in full.

Delivery, Risk, and Security

  • Delivery will be made to the address nominated on the Order by the Buyer.
  • Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of your payment clearing.
  • Delivery will usually be made within 3-5 business days, except for some international deliveries, where you will be advised of expected delivery times.
  • Some Goods available on this site may be restricted in your country. It is your responsibility to comply with such restrictions.
  • Risk of any loss, damage, or deterioration of or to the Goods passes to the Buyer on delivery.
  • We can courier any item featured on our website anywhere in New Zealand for a flat rate of $13.50, with rural deliveries an additional $7.50. For items over 25kg, specific rates will apply.
  • For international delivery, please contact hello@nicestudio.co.nz for an individual quote.
  • All New Zealand orders are shipped by courier and require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries to business addresses require the business names as commercial areas are generally not numbered.

When you order a product from Nice Studio Online Store, we need to know your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information. Your credit card information will only be used to process your transaction. To enable us to track your order, we will retain your order information for our record
