Gift Card Policy

1. Redemption: Nice Studio gift cards are redeemable only for tufting workshops, supplies, or materials offered directly by Nice Studio. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to other businesses.
2. Validity: Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired cards will not be accepted, so please book within this period.
3. Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
4. Single Use: Each gift card can only be used once, and any remaining balance after the initial use will be forfeited.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards: We cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Please treat them like cash.
6. Workshop Booking: Gift card holders must book workshops in advance to secure a spot. Spaces are limited, so early booking is encouraged.
7. Workshop Cancellations: If Nice Studio cancels a workshop, the gift card balance remains available for rebooking. If the cardholder cancels with less than 48 hours' notice, the card will be considered redeemed.

Return and Refund Policy

General Policy

We accept returns on eligible tufting supplies and materials within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, please email hello@nicestudio.co.nz. If the return is accepted, we will provide a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please send returns to: Level 1/36 Bryce Street, Hamilton Central, Hamilton 3204.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable:

• Customised or personalised items (such as custom-designed tufting frames or special orders).
• Hazardous materials or any flammable substances.
• Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it following the standard process. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@nicestudio.co.nz.
