We recommend simple designs that fit within the selected frame size. Before the workshop, you can send us your design idea so we can check if it is suitable.

For beginner workshops, we usually need 1–3 business days to finish the backing. Pickup details will be confirmed after your session.

Our workshops are generally suitable for ages 12 and above. Younger participants may need to join with a parent or guardian.

We can accommodate both small and larger groups. Each workshop session can host up to 20 participants, and multiple sessions can be arranged for larger events.

Yes. We offer mobile workshops across New Zealand depending on location, date, venue setup and group size.

We provide tufting equipment, yarn, materials, design preparation, setup, instruction and support throughout the session.

Space requirements depend on your group size. We can advise on venue setup after we know the number of participants and available space.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger groups, weekends, Auckland events or dates that require travel.

Yes. You can send us your reference image, logo or design idea and we’ll let you know what is suitable for tufting.

Most custom orders take around 2–6 weeks depending on the size, complexity and current workload.

Yes. Pickup is available in Hamilton, and delivery can be arranged across New Zealand. Oversized pieces may require a custom freight quote.

For most beginners, we generally recommend a cut pile tufting gun as it creates the soft, fluffy rug finish many people are looking for.

You’ll need a tufting gun, frame, primary cloth, yarn, backing fabric, adhesive and basic finishing tools.

Yes. Our yarn is selected for tufting projects and used in our own studio workshops.
